Rainbow Bridge is an independent female driven film written and directed by Alexandra.  The film explores the intersecting lives of two very different women who are both seeking an abortion in a world that has made access increasingly difficult.

Winner, Best of Fringe Award. An original multi-media performance piece written and directed by Alexandra Tydings, premiered at the 2016 Charm City Fringe Festival.

The Trial of Hanna Porn is a journey through the history of the female body, from the bacchanalian madness of ancient Greece, through the witch hunts of the middle ages, to the modern delivery room.

The story brings to light forgotten moments from the history of medicine in which the struggle for power, profit, and legitimacy has been fought with varying degrees of violence. The battleground is the woman's body, and at times her sexuality itself is on trial.

The Trial of Hanna Porn reframes the terms of this ancient struggle and opens space for a new language of the body and desire.

A ground breaking show that still means so much to so many. Probably playing on a screen somewhere near you today.

Modsense is a new web series .  The premise is that an as yet unpublished Jane Austen falls through a time hole in 1815 London and arrives in 2015 DC at the offices of a lifestyle magazine (Modsense, 200 years old and formerly called Modern Sensibility).  Lots of anachronistic humor, she becomes the love advice columnist while working amongst all the characters who will turn up in her as yet unwritten Sense and Sensibility. 

I play Lucy Steele, hard as nails Documentary Film maker — lots of black eye liner and dead pan lines.  Super fun.

There will be interactive bits — real love advice letters from viewers, twitter feeds from the characters, a virtual virtual magazine online, etc.
